A legally dynamic and up-to-date legislation regarding international trade and investment is implemented in our country under the umbrella of the World Trade Organization, to which Turkey is a party. There are 74 international investment agreements of which Turkey is a member and currently in force. Commercial situations in which member countries can protect their rights to take compensatory measures, subsidies and anti-dumping measures against other member countries that violate the principles determined in the agreement on international trade.
This relevant branch of law is applied. International arbitration is chosen to resolve disputes arising in this context.
